Beginner Weaving – Create a Mini Wall Hanging with Darlene Curlee
Note: Tuition only, Kit fee collected at store before class
In this class we will cover the basics of tapestry weaving as you create your own woven project. We will start by warping frame loom. You will learn stitches and techniques and then start weaving. We will complete the project by taking it off the loom, then attaching a rod so you have a completed project ready to hang.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting to get creative and enjoy a hands-on fiber experience. No experience necessary.
The kit comes with all materials and fiber need to complete your project. You can select which color palette to work with. Each weaver will leave with a completed one-of-a-kind woven wall hanging, and materials to continue weaving at home.

Class Materials: consumables kit for the class will be available for purchase on the day of class. If you need a loom, it will also be available at a special class price.
We are required by the state to collect sales tax on these items.
Class Kit Cost: $15.00 + tax
Loom Cost: $20.00 + tax
The supplies will be available in store. Students receive a 10% discount on the day of class. Consignment items and class kits or loom are not available for a discount.
