Shipping & pickup

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, and we frequently ship the same day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier (UPS or USPS) and your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We ship via UPS and USPS. Large or heavy items such as floor looms may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.

Can I pick up my order at the shop?

Yes. Our shop at 1013 Main Street, Kerrville is open 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. If you'd like to pick up an online order in person instead of having it shipped, email info@therogueskein.com and we'll set it aside for you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@therogueskein.com with your order number to start a return; if it's approved we'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and approving the return.

Is anything not returnable?

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Personal-care goods, perishables, custom or personalized orders, and hazardous materials are also non-returnable. Get in touch if you're not sure about a specific item.

Yarn & products

Why doesn't the color match what I saw online?

Hand-dyed and naturally dyed yarns vary from skein to skein, and every screen renders color a little differently. For a single project, buy all the yarn you need at once and check that the dye lot numbers match where they're listed. If the color you received is noticeably different from the product photos, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can you order a yarn or brand you don't currently stock?

Often, yes. Email info@therogueskein.com with what you're looking for and we'll tell you what's available from our vendors.

Classes & gift cards

Do you offer classes?

Yes. Check our Classes and Events calendar for the current schedule. Class registrations are generally non-refundable.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards are delivered by email with a code to use at checkout, and they can be redeemed online or in the shop. They don't expire and can't be redeemed for cash.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, and accelerated options such as Shop Pay may appear at checkout.
