Shipping policy

Processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. We frequently ship the same day when possible.

Shipping area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carriers & rates
We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. In some cases, we may select a comparable delivery service (for example, UPS SurePost in place of USPS) to ensure reliable delivery — this does not change the shipping cost or service level you selected at checkout.

Large or heavy items (such as floor looms) may incur additional shipping charges to reflect their size and weight.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or if it's lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us at info@therogueskein.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
