Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping may not be refunded or return shipping paid at our discretion.

Certain items, such as custom-dyed yarns, clearance items, or class registrations, may not be eligible for return. 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
