Horse Needle Felting Kit

    Description

Horse felting kit – perfect for beginners!

A simple do it yourself needle felt starter kit for anyone new to wool felting.

Craft your own fun and fuzzy Horse décor with this diy needle felting kit! No previous wool felting, sewing, knitting, or crocheting experience/skills are necessary to create this sweet little horse, making this needle felt kit ideal for crafting beginners. This delightful diy craft kit allows you to make one cute Palomino or Paint horse. Your finished horse will measure approximately 3.5×4.5 inches, depending on how firmly it is felted, and the project will take around three hours to complete if you are a felting newbie.

The wool for this adorable needle felted horse is collected from the specialty breed sheep raised on our farm in North Dakota, so you can be assured of the quality and integrity of our wool felt kits! All our needle felting kits are packaged in a smoke-free home in resealable plastic bags making them the perfect gift for any crafter or fiber enthusiast! Why not create your own herd of these endearing horses to add a touch of charm to your home?

The materials in this kit will make one Horse, choose between Palomino or Paint.

Complete Horse felting kit includes –
    • Wool in the colors you choose and yarn for the mane and tail.
    • glass eyes
    • two felting needles

    OPTIONS:

    1. Complete kit – This kit has everything listed above and is everything you need to complete this kit.

The wool in my kits is raised right here on our farm. I have experimented with different types of wool over the years and found that they all felt differently. Over the last ten years we have been improving the wool in our flock paying special attention to how well it felts. You can rest assured that you are getting the best wool for the best felting experience in our kits. The “go to” wool for everyone is Merino but Merino is not the best for needle felting and can be very frustrating to use for those just beginning this craft.
